I have used these workouts 3/4 times a week; they are designed to be high in intensity, over a very short duration and require minimal equipment. I have found these workouts most beneficial during a fasted period, and early in the morning to get them out of the way.
This fitness pack will involved a number of bodyweight HIIT sessions and some cardio sessions too; the variety and intensity of each session is designed to continually challenge you and keep you motivated! Some of the workouts can be done in your living room and some will require you to go outside; but give maximum effort in every one.
