"I had an amazing session with Freddie today. He was prompt and listened to my fitness goals. We did a total body workout and let’s just say it was well worth the time. The moves we did were non-complex but very effective and accomplished what I wanted from the session. I told Freddie that I wasn’t new to fitness but man the moves he put together definitely gave me the burn and the pump I needed to get my day started on the right track. We ended the workout celebrating accomplishing my goal for the day. He is also flexible with time and conscious of keeping on track with the schedule and making sure I’m ok during the workout. I trained with Freddie over the summer and came away from every single session feeling positive. Every workout was different, and Freddie really puts an effort into making the sessions challenging and fun. I’m nearly 40 and although I run on a regular basis, the workouts taught me loads of new exercises that I can now do in my own time. Freddie’s easy, positive mental attitude also meant that I found the sessions improved my wellbeing, helping me sleep better and work better. Freddie really puts his all into the sessions, coming up with routines that deliver a full-body workout. On one occasion as we stared into the driving rain on a cold morning I was ready to call it quits, but Freddie improvised a workout we could do under cover and pushed me to my limit – it was really worth it and saved the session.
