"My one on one virtual sessions with Freddie have been great. Firstly he’s punctual and organized with his time. Sessions are clearly well thought out with a real focus on technique and breathing (some bad trainers overlook this). I can see he has a plan of action for me to keep developing.
Sessions are fun but equally as intense. He keeps you focused and pushes hard but I’d have no problems raising my hand if I was struggling. Would strongly recommend giving him a try."

"I had an amazing session with Freddie today. He was prompt and listened to my fitness goals. We did a total body workout and let’s just say it was well worth the time. The moves we did were non-complex but very effective and accomplished what I wanted from the session. I told Freddie that I wasn’t new to fitness but man the moves he put together definitely gave me the burn and the pump I needed to get my day started on the right track. We ended the workout celebrating accomplishing my goal for the day. He is also flexible with time and conscious of keeping on track with the schedule and making sure I’m ok during the workout.
