The Bodyweight Book is my gift to you: whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, get faster, fitter or stronger, help in your development as an athlete or get a little more confidence in your appearance, this little pack of 50+ workouts is a perfect addition.
My aim is to give you an insight into the training methods I have been using, whether to get photoshoot ready, in the build up to fixtures in international level sport or to stay fit and healthy. The workouts are based around your bodyweight; this means little to no equipment, maximum effort, maximum reward and flexibility, as you can perform these in the gym, on holiday, in your front room or your back garden. Workouts can be used as an individual session, at the end of a weights session or as a warm up – you have all the control in what you do!
Keep challenging yourself, add things in where necessary and tailor to your level of fitness. Keep yourself out of comfort, look to progress and change it up so it doesn’t get boring.
You will need a skipping rope, water bottle, timer and the "HIIT & Tabata" app. There is also a section of workouts which requires cardio equipment or a pull up bar; so if you have a gym membership, this is great. If not, it's not a problem!
Give every work out your all; it won't be easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is.
